  • Is this product on your website available instore?
    Many of our products are only available directly from our suppliers. To check instore availability, view the product listing to confirm whether it is an ‘Instore’ product or ‘Online Only’. Alternatively you can view our instore inventory here.

  • I ordered more than one product, why has only one item arrived?
    Many of the products listed on our website are shipped from different warehouses, this means that they will be shipped as two separate parcels and often arrive at different times.

  • I am looking for (product) do you stock this item?
    Check our online store for products & availability. We also can order more products than what we have listed on our website so feel free to give us a call or come in and see us instore.

  • I need to replace a part on my bike, will this part listed on you website fit my bike? 
    While we have extensive knowledge on parts compatibility, we sometimes can’t say for sure without seeing your bike in person to confirm, especially with makes & models we don’t sell. If you are unable to come into the store to talk in person we recommend gathering all relevant information on your bike/ part before contacting us.

  • Do your products come from overseas? How long do they take to arrive?
    All products on our website are shipped from NZ based suppliers and they usually take around 3-7 days to arrive.

  • A product on you website is out of stock, how long before it is back in stock?
    Please email us with the product code (SKU) and we can enquire about an ETA with our supplier or provide alternative product options.
  • My question isn't answered here, what should I do now?
    We would be happy to help in any way we can, please reach out via email or give us a call.
