Absolutely a fantastic experience purchasing our 2 new Gepida e-bikes from Murray and the team at Electrify CHCH. Murray was very helpful through the whole process and went out of his way to accommodate our requests for extras etc. So far loving the new bikes, a good upgrade from our old bikes. Definitely recommend visiting Electrify if you are in the market for a new bike.

I had great experiences at both the Auckland and Christchurch stores. I test road a bike at each store and then purchased the renegade e bike. Super fun ride, I can highly recommend both the bike and the store. The team members are clued up and the bikes r good fun. I get the impression I'll have good after sales service, which is the reason I chose to purchase in-store instead of buying a cheap Chinese version off a random importer. I'd hate to end up having to deal with people who can't back their product or provide real advice on care or parts, etc, especially since it's a high ticket item. I've owned so many cars worth less than this bike so I really wanted to get a feel for the team before I bought an e bike. Thanks to Bunny in Auckland and Tom and Murray in Christchurch.

I've had such a great experience buying my new eBike from Electrify NZ Christchurch. I had been feeling pretty daunted about the process but Electrify provides a great range without being overwhelming. Murray and Tom are friendly, organized, and super helpful. I really appreciated the time Murray took to understand what I was looking for and answering my many questions!. I'm so happy with my new bike and that it is bringing out my slightly adventurous side :). And it's a glorious colour! Highly recommend.
